Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is the most important holiday to me. I am so thankful for everything I have and everyone in my life. This year I felt like we had allot more to be thankful for. I am so thankful for my husband that goes to work everyday to support and feed his family. I think he is doing a great job at it. I am thankful that he loves me as much as he does. I am thankful for those text or calls every morning telling me good morning beautiful :) I am thankful for Shyanna, she is so full of herself and is all attitude. She helps me out so much everyday. Even if I get an eye roll and a DUH mom, once in awhile. She has made me learn so much about myself. I am thankful for Miss Callie Omallie, She is such a silly girl and makes me laugh everyday. She is so tender hearted and a big time daddies girl! I am thankful that I have 2 little girls to dress up and have fun with. I am So thankful for my little guy Gunner Lance. He is such a handsome little guy. I don't know how I would make it through the day without all his hugs and kisses. He loves his mamma. I am also thankful for my heater, a nice hot bath after a crazy day, for the sun to play in, a phone to talk to people that I love on, the roof over my head, and the words I LOVE YOU. I am thankful for all my friends and family who love me for me. I am thankful for you for reading this and caring about us <3

New addition to the family

I have been wanting a good small house dog. You know, one that sits on your lap all day long. That doesn't shed... Well Jared caved and got me one. I didn't really want a puppy. I suck at potty training, but this is the first time I have tried while not being pregnant so I have way more patients! She is a very good, cute little pup. Shyanna insisted she only wanted a puppy that would fit in a cup and had a bow in its hair! We decided on a mini schnauzer. They are a little easier to train and they are great family dogs. She has been allot of fun.

new kids on the block...

So if you don't know already, we bought a house. We are home owners. Something we have wanted to be for awhile, I think there is a reason it hasn't worked out tell now. We found the perfect location, with the perfect home and best of all... perfect price! We LOVE our new home. It is a 3 bedroom 3 bath, 2 car garage. It starts with a beautiful tile entry and ends with breath taking views. Best of all it has an unfinished basement that we can do whatever we want with. Jared says bow shooting range.... I say, okay... but only tell it is finished! Right behind our house is walking trails that lead to a small park. Last week I took the kids and heard something from behind me. It wasn't just rustling around in the bushes, It was more like foot steps. The kids and I took off up the trail to see what was up there. There was deer tracks everywhere! Good thing deer hunter shyanna noticed cause I wasn't even paying attention. The next morning I was making my morning brew and looked out the kitchen window and seen a doe and a fawn just at the end of our yard.

A Little Catch Up

Can you say SLACKER... Sorry everyone for not updating in so long. We have been super busy. So busy I don't even know where to start. We had a guest every weekend in May. I should have blogged about this while it was still fresh in my memory! The First week my Mom and little brother Layne came. While they were here we went to the wilderness park in Provo. It is kinda like the mountain close to home! Then we went to the Zoo. Allot of the animals were gone but it was still fun. Tell about 2 came around, when Callie's claws came out. We came home had a BBQ, yummy! For desert we had ice cream. Talk about spoiled rotten!

The next weekend was Callie's Birthday. My little girl turned 2! She is such a smarty pants! No body ever believes me that she is that young cause she talks so much. She is a chatter box. Jared's Parents came to celebrate. We Had a good time. We went shopping, ate lots of good food. Went to hooter's (not as good or great as you think it would be) the kids meals were bigger then my plate! Anyways... Saturday was Callie's Birthday. We woke up, gave her the gifts. There was only 2 but that girl got everything she wanted! Soon after we loaded the car and headed to Sandy. We went to the Living Planet Aquarium. Great place to take kids!!! The girls loved it so much. They have been begging me to take them back.

The weekend after that my sister Jill came. I always love sister time. We stayed up late and she did my hair. I was surprised at first, but after a few days I was loving it. I was totally feeling something new. It was just what I needed.

Sense then we have been doing allot of fishing, fourwheeling, BBQin', and other outdoor stuff. You should see my tan! I haven't been this tan in years. Lots of years. I have been having a blast. We are all exhausted, and have been sleeping in everyday tell 9, sometimes 10. Anyways, glad to get all that off my chest. until next time... here is a picture overload of our happenings.

I am going to be me.

So, I have been a little down in the dumps and not so much myself lately. Well, I would just like you all to know I am back. I am back to being me. If it is a new me or old me I don't know yet? We will just have to see. No more avoiding the outside world, ignoring phone calls, and avoiding life outside of these walls. I was very stressed all the time and was afraid to let people see me at my worst. The truth is if you can't handle me at my worst then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best! I thank everyone who stood by my side and supported me no matter what. I am truly blessed to have such amazing kids and a husband that tried to understand me even when I couldn't understand myself. My grandpa always tells me to keep smiling, so I am doing so. My kids are growing like weeds and getting way too old. They will only be young once and I want them to learn to live life to the fullest. I WILL and I am teaching them to do it, too. So, I better get stocked up on sunblock and lots of fun activities cause indoors won't be seeing us too much this summer.

Our trip down south.

Our trip was a blast. We really had tons of fun. The kids were surprisingly pretty good too. We got there on Thursday evening just in time for a bachelorette party. The next day the kids and I got up and went and spent some much needed time with my sister Jill. That was exciting. We had ants on a log, pigs in a blanket and monkeys blood. The kids had a blast. Later we went and met up with my mom to spend some time with her. On Saturday we went to Dana and Nate's wedding. Dana looked gorgeous! There wedding turned out great. On Sunday we went with Jared's parents to try out there new boat. We didn't fish or anything but it was a blast anyways! We all really enjoyed it. After we headed back to my in-laws to change and feed the kids (they were starved!) and headed to my grandparents house to have dinner with my family. On Monday we didn't do much, just gathered up all our stuff and let the kids get some playtime in before we hit the road. It was so good seeing everyone! We sure do miss everyone, and seeing familiar faces.

The day we became Mr. and Mrs.

We knew each other a while before we started dating. We met when he was 16 and I was 13. I hated him, he was so rude and annoying! We hung out a few times, then never spoke again... Until 3 years later. I saw him at the La Verkin Chevron He had me at Hello. We pretty much have been inseparable since that day! We were married not even a year later. It felt so right. I have never felt so sure about something, about him. Tomorrow is our 4 year anniversary, and many more to come!
